Mrs. Khairat started her career in education over a decade ago. She graduated with honours with a B.Sc. in Economics and soon came to realise that for a country to fully develop, prioritizing education is essential. Believing that education is the most important tool for a community to flourish, she pursued her postgraduate studies and earned a master’s degree in International Education from The American International College Massachusetts, Springfield, USA with a focus on moderate learning difficulties. Mrs. Khairat enjoyed dealing directly with students while teaching yet chose to venture into educational management to better develop curriculum, train and mentor teachers and improve school policies. Mrs. Khairat is passionate about setting up start-up schools and looks forward to raising the benchmark for national schools through incorporating international mindedness into teaching and learning.
Ms. Ghita, graduated from Faculty of Arts English Department, Cairo University and agrees with Nelson Mandela that “Education is the most powerful weapon which can use to change the world”. Ms. Ghita has been teaching, supervising, and heading various stages for more than a decade and is excited to be given the opportunity of being KG Principal at Eternity School of Egypt. Ms. Ghita is looking forward to getting to know each child as she believes every child is a unique and deserves to be educated accordingly. Ms. Ghita’s role is to lead the KG team and to support and help your child achieve great things and be the best version on themselves.
Mrs. Karam is a veteran educator with over 20 years of experience as an educator and educational leader. She graduated from the Faculty of Arts, English Department, Ain Shams University and believes in lifelong learning having various degrees and diplomas including the Educational Leadership Diploma from the AUC. Mrs. Karam, believes that a school is a community hub where students, teachers, administrators and parents strive to build meaningful relationships that support academic and social growth. Her in-depth understanding of the Egyptian national curriculum, and standardized testing combined with her understanding of international standards and latest educational trends make her the optimal candidate to lead the Upper Primary and Prep department raising the benchmark for their academics.
